ABOUT US

CQD Training Group represents my desire to bring the best possible instruction to Public Safety Agencies in the Atlantic Canada Region, and my team of instructors has been assembled to meet that goal.

Several tragic events involving Public Safety members deeply affected me, prompting the formation of CQD Training Group in 2019 with a simple mission:  Share our professional experience with the officers of our region to promote their confidence and abilities when faced with medical emergencies in a high threat environment.

CQD Training Group's greatest asset is our experience, on both sides of the training equation.  As instructors, we are a team with professional backgrounds in the organizing and delivery of safe, relevant, and cost effective training at the individual, team, or agency level.  After decades of planning, coordination and delivery of tactical and medical training, we appreciate the demands placed on leaders to develop quality training while balancing the constraints of budget, time, and limited resources against primary response obligations.  CDQ Training Group's mobile training concept has the flexibility to meet agency goals, and we offer clients subject matter expertise in both planning and delivery to ensure your needs are met.  Individuals or teams, our mission does not change.

"In a high threat environment you will instinctively revert to your training, and that training cannot fail you."
